How do I merge multiple tags?
We recommend regularly "cleaning" the subscriber tags to make it easier for your own organization. One solution may sometimes be to merge multiple existing tags into one, for example the Newsletter tag to simplify administration.
To merge two or more tags, do the following:
Go to the tag you want to merge with another tag
- Click on 'Actions'
- Then on 'Export'
Scroll down and select 'Export to tags'
- Click on 'Select tags'
- Select the tag you want to move to
- Export tags
As a final step, you can then delete the first tag, go to the tag> Actions> Delete. Done!
