Faster and More Efficient Segmentation

We are excited to announce a significant improvement to our segmentation tool! Segmenting and calculating recipients has now become significantly faster, providing you with a smoother experience when working with your member segments. Here’s what’s new:

  • Faster Segment Building: When creating complex segments, you will now notice a significant improvement in speed. Handling large data sets and complex rules is now faster than ever.

  • More Efficient Audience Calculation: When it’s time to calculate which members should receive your campaigns, automations, SMS, or journeys, this now happens in less time. This means you can act on your data more quickly and precisely.

These improvements are part of our ongoing effort to optimize the platform, giving you the best tools for your marketing. We hope you find these enhancements as valuable as we do!

Enhancements to the Analytics View

Unique and Total Opens and Clicks on the Analytics Page

We have added a toggle feature to enhance the user experience and provide better insights. With this functionality, you can now easily switch between displaying unique and total opens and clicks.


By default, we show unique opens and clicks in the overview view for email campaigns as well as on the statistics page. 

This ensures that the statistics are consistent and easy to interpret when you quickly want to get an overview of your email marketing. If you wish to see more detailed data, you can still choose to view total opens and clicks within the Analytics page.

  • Unique Opens: Shows the number of individual recipients who have opened a delivered email at least once.

  • Total Opens: Shows the total number of times a delivered email has been opened, including multiple opens by the same recipient.

  • Unique Clicks: Shows the number of individual recipients who have clicked on a link in your delivered email at least once.

  • Total Clicks: Shows the total number of clicks your delivered email has received, including multiple clicks by the same recipient.

How It Works

  1. Go to the Analytics Page: You can find it in the left menu.
  2. Use the Toggle: Use the toggle to switch between unique and total opens and clicks. This gives you a more flexible view of your statistics and helps you better understand recipient engagement with your email campaigns.

New Feature – Copy A/B Test Email Campaigns

We are excited to introduce a new feature that enhances your A/B testing capabilities. You can now easily copy your A/B test email campaigns, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in your marketing efforts. 

Key Features:

  • Copy A/B Test Campaigns: Quickly duplicate your existing A/B test campaigns to save time and streamline your workflow.
  • Select Specific Versions: Choose which version of the A/B test you want to copy, including the option to copy the winning version. This allows you to easily reuse and optimize successful campaigns.

How It Works:

  1. Navigate to your campaigns list: In your campaign dashboard, find the A/B test campaign you wish to copy.
  2. Select the Copy Option: Click on the copy icon next to your desired A/B test campaign.
  3. Choose the Version: A dialog will appear, allowing you to select which version (A, B, or the winning version) you want to copy.
  4. Edit and Launch: Make any necessary edits to your copied campaign and launch it to your audience.


This new feature aims to enhance your marketing automation experience by making it easier to replicate and build upon your successful email campaigns.
