How do I delete subscribers and all their data?

This function is only available for super administrators. Do you want access to delete subscribers? Email support@rule.com.

Delete subscribers

Click on subscribers
You can choose One subscriber or Multiple subscribers. Search for the subscriber you want to delete, click "Delete", and confirm by clicking "Delete" again. To delete multiple subscribers at once, you can only do it within a segment. If you do not have a segment already, you can read here how to create one. Then go to the segment, click "Options", then "Delete subscribers", and confirm by clicking "Delete".
