Status of subscribers

The marketing channel is determined by the type of marketing the subscriber has chosen to receive. If a subscriber is blocked, no marketing can be sent.

All active subscribers you can communicate with via any channel are included in the cost of your plan. Blocked subscribers are not charged.

Subscriber View

In the subscriber view, you can click on "All" to see the different statuses of your subscribers. You can see ‘All,’ ‘Active,’ ‘Unconfirmed,’ ‘Blocked,’ and ‘Without tags.’ There may be differences in the numbers between all subscribers and active subscribers. Tags, which in Rule represent different subscriber lists, do not reach all subscribers when added to mailings, unless a subscriber is blocked.

Therefore, the number of active subscribers and the subscribers you add to your mailings may be different.
