Delete subscribers
Do you want access to delete members? Email [email protected], and we will add that permission for you as a user.
Important! It is not possible to restore members once they are deleted.
Delete a subscriber:
- Go to the subscriber card.
- Click on "Delete" in the top right corner.
- Confirm by clicking "Delete" again
Delete multiple subscribers at once:
If you want to delete several subscribers at once, this is done via segments.
- Go to the segment where you want to delete subscribers.
Click on "Options." - Select "Delete subscribers."
- Confirm by clicking "Delete."
