In this article we will go through how to integrate Triggerbee with Rule.
We will cover:
- About the integration
- Installation
- Abandoned cart
About the integration
With Triggerbee you can convert more visitors into loyal customers. Triggerbee's software is installed on your website and tracks activity from your visitors. This allows you to use the data you collect to create personalized experiences that engage, convert, and increase customer loyalty.
Installation
Follow the steps below to activate your Triggerbee tracking:
Click the dropdown menu > then settings
Click on 'Integration' and then activate Triggerbee tracking
Then click on 'Developer' > Create a new API key > Name the API key > Copy the API key to use in your Triggerbee account
Abandoned cart
Through Triggerbee, you have the ability to have a forgotten cart if your e-commerce platform lacks that feature. To get started, follow the steps below:
- Create a new tag and name it 'cartinprogress' in lowercase
- Once you have connected Triggerbee, click on 'Custom fields', where you should have a 'Group' called 'Triggerbee'. Inside that group, create a new custom field and name it 'Products'.
- Contact Triggerbee at support@triggerbee.se and ask them to send a test call to Rule. When the data comes in correctly, you can order a template for abandoned cart at support@rule.se
- Once abandoned cart is active between Rule and Triggerbee, you can set up the automation. Learn more about how to do it here!
