Why am I receiving exported files in CSV format?
When exporting a tag or segment in Rule, it is helpful to know which file format is being used.
In Rule, it is automatically determined during export based on the size of your file. Excel files have a maximum of 65,000 rows (subscribers) or 500,000 cells, and for larger files they are exported in CSV format.
