What counts as a subscriber activity?
In Rule, subscriber activity is counted as actions performed by the subscribers themselves, not actions taken by administrators that may affect the subscriber.
Subscriber activity
- When they were created in Rule
- Received email or SMS
- Opened email or SMS
- Clicked on link in email or SMS
- Unsubscribes
